The Biffy hides quietly along the edge of your toilet. Push its handle and it swings out and turns on. The spray pressure can be adjusted with light pressure from your thumb. Release the handle and it shuts off and hides back away.
The Biffy spray nozzle retracts inside of its protective housing when not in use. Before and after each use, it rinses itself with a turbo spray of fresh water.

Using the Biffy
Sit comfortably on the toilet seat. Push the handle back and the clear hygienic spray arm swings towards the center of the toilet, automatically turns on, and rinses you with fresh tap water. Release the handle and the Biffy shuts off, cleans itself and automatically hides away at inside edge of the bowl.

Installation Instructions
Easy 3-Step Installation:
1. Simply remove the toilet seat and place the Biffy on the rim of the toilet.
2. Re-mount the toilet seat with the Biffy in place.
3. Finish by connecting the hose to the water supply.

Does the Biffy bidet really work?
- Yes. Better than words can really explain. Your daily hygiene will greatly improve immediately.
Does the nozzle touch me?
- No. The spray arm rests under the rim of the toilet. When the handle is pulled it comes out from under the rim but does not touch you.
Is the Biffy bidet safe for children?

Will the Biffy fit my elongated toilet?
- The Biffy is a bathroom accessory designed to fit both standard and elongated toilets.
I'm a little overweight, will that interfere with the operation of my Biffy?
- If you have a cushioned or plastic toilet seat the motion of the spray arm may be impaired. Purchasing a rigid bathroom toilet seat will eliminate any problem with the spray arm.
Will the Biffy work with elevated toilet seats or rails?
- The Biffy should work along most bathroom accessories. Some elevated toilet seats do not work with the Biffy, however we sell an elevated seat that does work with the Biffy bidet.
What if I have hard or soft water, can I still use the Biffy bidet?
- Yes, you can use the Biffy as long as there is little to no debris in the water. We do provide and in-line filter in every Biffy in case some debris does make its way into your water line.
Can the Biffy be installed in a commercial facility?
- Yes. The UPC-1 model has been approved by IAPMO and meets U.S. and Canadian plumbing standards.
