Congratulations. I look forward to seeing some great information about RV’ing and RV’ers.

Hello Doug; we replaced a failed ‘sani con’ (not even two years old) with your Waste Master product last fall and cannot say enough about how fantastic it is. The benefits are many, I probably don’t have enough space here so I will just give the biggies,
No more odors, the only explanation I can come up with is that the sani con drains very, very slowly allowing ‘stuff’ to cling/attach to the walls of the black tank and create all kinds of smells, draining the tanks is now a matter of a few seconds rather than five minutes or so-and I really don’t miss listening to the pump screeching..
No more leaks at the pump, since the day we picked up the coach we had to deal with a very minor drip at the maceator pump, no one could figure it out-turns out the seals on the motor and grinder shaft were seeping AND shipping tape had been left on the connection o-rings…
Since installing your product our gray tank will now drain all by itself when hooked up to an on site connection-its a great experience. The sani con had what was called a ‘gray water by-pass’ but the only thing that got bypassed was the bed at night and breakfast in the morning when I had to go out and open the gray tank valve-we have smallish tanks-a wonderful treat in the rain.
AND now I can power flush the black tank, all because of that wonderful valve at the nozzel. Briefly the procedure is this, drain the black tank and leave the tank valve open-close the nozzel valve-open the gray tank valve at which time the hose will fill a bit with water and then gray water will be robustly transferred to the black tank-wait a few moments then close the gray valve-open the nozzel and the black tank is thoroughly flushed with soapy water. This procedure can be done a second time but with reduced water volume the results are less satisfying….-all thats left is to close the tank valve(s) lift the hose a bit to drain all the water out-close the nozzel valve and tuck it all into the compartment which is another huge benefit for us, it stays hooked up…And that nozzel valve is key to keeping clean, see with the sani con there always was something wating for me when I removed that hose cap from the nozzel, ALWAYS-gross really.
Wish I had more comment room; the product is fantastic, I never really did get accustomed to watching the sani con hose expand to alarming proportions when it was pumping, but hey, the hose only blew off the nozzel ONCE!!
Compared to the Sani Con the Waste Master is; cleaner, quieter, light years faster and safer-that is one tight sealing valve at the nozzel, a work of art.
The ‘Waste Master’ should be required by law.
