My experience with” Drain MASTER ” has been nothing but positive. I installed the valve this past weekend. The instructions were easy to follow and it went smoothly. It sure works nicely. I”m using an L.E.D. with a 1k resistor so the magnetic switch won”t have any trouble handling the load.

The greatest thing since sliced bread! No more getting on your knee to open those waste valves, simply push the button and its done. Your trips to the dump station are clean and simple with Drain Master!!

I have DrainMaster electronic valves on both gray and black water tanks in my 2006 Alfa See Ya. They apparently were an early version of the valves and I had both valves lock up both black and gray in the open position.
At least this was the optimal condition to find yourself in while parked and hooked up in an RV Park for a month. However we had to leave Cody, WY for Custer, SD in 3 days when the problem occured.
After a very informative talk with Doug, I understood that Drainmaster had, several years ago, developed a much improved valve to replace the ones that Alfa had selected to install in my See Ya.
Long and short- After I submitted my order on the Drainmaster web site, Doug, almost immediately, called me to explain how I had, inadvertantly, ordered the wrong stuff. He corrected my order and managed, with only minutes to spare, to make the UPS shipping deadline. I received the parts, all correct, in 2 days and had them installed by a local RV specialist, with 14 years experience in RV plumbing and electrical repairs, and rolled out of Cody right on schedule.
Thanks Doug for going the extra mile and making two retired seniors very grateful.

I just want to say thank you for all of your helpful advice this morning regarding our Drain Master waste system on our Alpenlite Fifth Wheel. This is our Third Fifth Wheel trailer and we previously had 2 trailers, four of the five which had the conventional dumping systems. After using your Drain Master system, I will never go back.
